3. You must electronically sign that form.

4. GTA Team officials MUST approve your addition to the roster.

5. You will receive a text message and email confirming your registration.

The player acknowledges that providing false or incomplete information on this form could lead to the loss of playing privileges for the current season or more as per By-Law 4 ii).

Pre-season releases are subject to FULL PAYMENT of GTA All Star Team Fees

plus

NFC Pre-Season Release fee payable to GTA All stars of $500- on top of the GTA All Star Fees

If you are not 100% certain that this is your team for 2024 - then don't complete the registration.

All information collected will be shared with NFC Member Clubs,
