Instructions

1. Please complete each section of the form.

2.After submission you will be brought to our player certificate and insurance form.

3. You must electronically sign that form.

4. Sudbury Team officials MUST approve your addition to the roster.

5. You will receive a text message and email confirming your registration.

NFC 2024 Release Policy

Once you have completed this registration process - you are a member of the Sudbury Spartans.

Pre-season releases are subject to FULL PAYMENT of Sudbury Spartan Team Fees

plus

NFC Pre-Season Release fee payable to Sudbury Spartans of $500- on top of the Sudbury Team Fees

If you are not 100% certain that this is your team for 2024 - then don't complete the registration.
